MH Architects design team Led by Dr. Mohamed Hendawi, and Architect Ahmed El Kadi were created set of design main Objectives in-order-to create a Livable, Enjoyable, Comfortable, and Successful Place (Built Environment)
- Objective One:To create a Place that provide a Well understood of the end users’ habits like preferable out-door spaces in all types of places.
- Objective Two:Create a Place where all ages can enjoy it.
- Objective Three: Enhance the ROI (Return of Investments) cycle through the Well-designed place to attract business capitals to ATTRACTA Hub Zone, which will enhance people lifestyle at this spot.
- Objective Four:Apply some of the Environmental Treatments that reduce the operation, maintenance, and running costs.
- Objective Five: Integrating ATTRACTA with Nature to provide a Place that speaks to its users’ five senses.
- Architecture: The building has a contemporary, multi-level design with a mix of glass and textured materials. The large windows allow natural light to illuminate the interiors. The structure has a sleek, contemporary design with large glass windows and a combination of concrete and metal elements, giving it an urban appeal.
- Layout: The complex is expansive, with multiple sections connected through open areas. It incorporates both retail and dining spaces, providing a variety of experiences. The structure has multiple levels, with an open courtyard in the center. This layout encourages movement and interaction among visitors. It has multiple stories, with retail spaces visible on the lower level. The upper levels might feature additional shops or other commercial functions.
- Open Space: In the center, there’s a spacious courtyard, creating an inviting atmosphere for visitors to gather, relax, and socialize. The heart of the complex features a spacious courtyard with pathways, greenery, and seating areas. This space serves as a gathering point for visitors. The layout encourages socialization, with many people seated at tables and moving around, contributing to an inviting and dynamic atmosphere. People can be seen engaging in various activities, including jogging and enjoying meals at outdoor tables, suggesting a lively atmosphere.
- In-rood & Out-door Each work space or Retail space has its own outdoor space, which makes it unique and breathing, also, out-door areas full of different activities during the day time and night time.
- Back of the house: each F& B space or Retail has back of the house corridors to be served from.
- Sky Lounges: are everywhere in ATTRACTA to be connected with Nature, day light, Sky, and Natural ventilation anytime.
- Facade: The facade includes large glass windows that allow for natural light, giving it a modern, open feel. The arrangement of windows creates a dynamic visual rhythm across the surface. The color scheme consists primarily of shades of gray, with blue accents from the reflective glass, creating a professional and stylish appearance. The structure has varied heights, with some sections being taller than others, contributing to an interesting skyline silhouette.
- Integrating Nature with ATTRACTA: Roof gardens and terraces are visible, featuring greenery and outdoor seating, enhancing the environmental appeal and inviting patrons to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. The complex includes greenery, possibly for aesthetic and environmental benefits, with small trees or plants integrated into the design. Greenery, including plants and small trees, enhances the aesthetics and contributes to a pleasant ambiance, blending nature with urban design. Surrounding the building, there are landscaped areas with greenery and possibly palm trees, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere and making the space inviting. The inclusion of potted plants and greenery enhances the aesthetic appeal, creating a pleasant environment for visitors and patrons.
- Accessibility: The building is situated adjacent to a curved road, allowing for easy access for vehicles. Multiple parking areas are likely included in the design. The parking area and road in front of the building indicate easy access for visitors, pointing to its functionality as a commercial hub. The design includes staircases and walkways that connect different levels and areas, facilitating easy navigation through the complex.
- Artistic Element: The design includes a striking architectural feature resembling a mesh or lattice façade, adding a unique visual interest to the complex. A large, artistic sculpture in the shape of a tree serves as a focal point, adding a touch of creativity to the environment that draws attention and provides an artistic element to the environment. A unique red sculpture resembling a modern art piece stands outside, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and drawing attention to the entrance.
- Dining Areas: Outdoor seating areas are prominent, encouraging social interactions and providing an inviting space for dining. Several outdoor seating areas are visible, with patrons enjoying meals, emphasizing the complex's focus on dining as well as shopping. There are ample outdoor seating areas where patrons can enjoy meals, enhancing the social aspect of the space.
- Lighting: The building is illuminated, contributing to its striking appearance at night. This may enhance the shopping experience, inviting customers in. The soft lighting from the setting sun gives the environment a warm, inviting glow, making it appealing for evening outings.
